Update Files for R2022a release

Description

Update the files for R2022a. Include the following

-files obtained when running the python utility, GMATDataFileManager (RUn locally, and then copy new files to the right location in the git repo)

-Schatten files

Check with SES and DJC for additional files. Pass to SES for verification when done.

The data files have been updated as of 10/25/2022. We can close this issue once we verify the changes in the build on 10/26/2022.
