There is an occasional issue loading the icon file.	Open	LOJ	Need to determine if this is a TestComplete Interaction issue or a true issue with GMAT.

GMAT function files required for sample missions are not in the bundle Open SPH Fix the git ignore file and commit to mesa-jade. If no other issues require rebuilding another RC, then simply update the installers and do system level testing on the new installers, not full up tests. Note: We have done this before successfully. In fact, we updated files months after a release and updated the sourceforge packages to o a config issue (name mis-spelled in splash)
