GitLab Email notification
Description
Currently, there may be no email notification for every change that is pushed from the GitLab. Per the request, it should be able to enable the GitLab email notification to the specific users (or the whole team). If the user wants to get email notification, what branch repository we should send the notification? (All branches, default branch or protected branches)?

II just updated the setting for the email notification. Did you get any email notification? If so, I can add the most of them by manual. I tried to figure out the email group list.
