Remove unused/untested code from gmatutil
Description
Should we remove unused and/or untested components from the gmatutil code? As other projects use the util code/library, we only want to provide them with tested code, I would think.
OrbitDesignerTime
Frozen
RepeatGroundTrack
RepeatSunSync
SunSync
iFileUpdate (is this still used?)
(add others as needed)
