Crash on launch of GMAT R2017a due to incorrect msvcr120/msvcp120 DLLs

Description

We are seeing a crash on launch of GMAT R2017a on Windows 7 64-bit that displays the following error:

We've tracked the issue to the following two DLLs:

  • msvcr120.dll

  • msvcp120.dll

The versions shipped with GMAT are 32-bit, while GMAT itself is 64-bit. So, if the user doesn't already have a copy of these DLLs on their system, GMAT will fail to start.

We confirmed this by loading the 64-bit versions from another machine and overwriting GMAT's copy, which allowed GMAT to start properly.
